It's a employee engagement survey project. I am a member of this project team,  responsibility is to promote the project and drive employees participation. Employee engagement surveys typically cover various dimensions that assess different aspects of the work environment and employees' experiences, including job satisfaction, leadership, career development, work-life balance, teamwork and collaboration and emplpyee well-being. Therefore, effectively boost the active participation of each employee can output comprehensive and complete data for the survey to help company effectively analyze its management effectiveness. Here are some specific actions that can increase motivation amongst group members as they complete their tasks, project, or achieve their objectives in the project. 1. 1. Walt Disney Walt Disney, a globally renowned leader, employed various leadership approaches throughout his career as he established one of the most successful enterinment companies in the world. One of his outstanding leadership style can be described as visionary. He had a clear vision of what he wanted to achieve and was able to articulate it to his team. He had the ability to see beyond the present and envision new possibilities, constantly pushing the boundaries of what was considered possible in the entertainment industry. I admired Walt Disney for his remarkable talent in transforming dreams into reality and crafting magical experiences that captured the hearts and imaginations of millions, as well as his ability to inspire and motivate his team, pursuit of excellence. 2. Mark Zuckerberg A co-founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg processes serveral characteristics and exhibits a unique leadershi style.  As a computer programmer and software developer, Zuckerberg's w
