Personal Leadership Philosophy

1. Walt Disney

Walt Disney, a globally renowned leader, employed various leadership approaches throughout his career as he established one of the most successful enterinment companies in the world. One of his outstanding leadership style can be described as visionary.

He had a clear vision of what he wanted to achieve and was able to articulate it to his team. He had the ability to see beyond the present and envision new possibilities, constantly pushing the boundaries of what was considered possible in the entertainment industry.

I admired Walt Disney for his remarkable talent in transforming dreams into reality and crafting magical experiences that captured the hearts and imaginations of millions, as well as his ability to inspire and motivate his team, pursuit of excellence.


2. Mark Zuckerberg

A co-founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg processes serveral characteristics and exhibits a unique leadershi style. 

As a computer programmer and software developer, Zuckerberg's well known leadership style exhibited in his knowledge of the business. He possesses a deep understanding of the technical aspects of his company's products. This expertise allows him to make informed decisions and guide the development of Facebook's platform. In addition to his leadership performance in business knowledge, he is a democratic leader as well. He empowers his employees, fosters a culture of open communication, and values input from various perspectives.

I admired Zukerberg because of his technical brilliance. His technical brilliance is widely recognized and gives him the power to make confident decisions in the business.


3. Mary Kay Ash

Mary Kay Ash, the founder of Mary Kay cosmetics, built and organization for female employees.  Her business success resulted from her distinctive leadership style.

Mary Kay Ash was known for her positive and uplifting approach to leadership. She belived in celebrating successes, fostering a culture of encouragement and motivating her team members through affirmations and recognition.

For me, I admire her for her leadership style that focus on personal development. Because the development of the company is inseparable from the personal growth of employees. Encouraging employees to enhance their skills, build confidence, and strive for personal and professional success is in some how to imporve company's productivity and efficiency.


My personal leadership philosophy

My leadership philosophy centers around people, motivating them through open-mindedness and leveraging my deep knowledge of the business.

When it comes to the term of people, I believe that people are the heart of any organization. I prioritize understanding their needs, strengths and aspirations. By building strong relationships and fostering a supportive environment, I empower individuals to thrive and reach their full potential. I highly appreciate diversity, inclusivity, and the distinctive contributions each person brings to the table.

Motivating is a way to enhance people self-confidence, I am dedicated to motivating and inspiring my team. I understand that each individual is driven by different factors, so I take the time to understand their motivations and align their goals with the broader vision of the organization. I provide clear direction and recognize and celebrate accomplishments. I encourage a growth mindset and support individuals in overcoming obstacles and nurturing their personal development.

As an advocate of democratic leadership, I embrace the principle of open-mindedness. I actively strive to seek out a range of diverse perspectives and promote a culture of open dialogue and constructive feedback. I cultivate an environment where ideas are welcomed, regardless of their origin or hierarchical position. I believe that innovation and growth arise from embracing different viewpoints and challenging the existing norms. I listen actively, remain open to new possibilities, and willing to adapt my thinking based on the insights shared by my team.

Understanding of business knowledge is essential for a successful leader. I recognize the importance of deep knowledge and understanding of the business I lead. I continually invest in expanding my knowledge base, staying informed about industry trends, and understanding the factors that drive success. This knowledge allows me to make well-informed decision, provide strategic guidance, and effectively communicate the vision and goals of the organization. I also encourage continuous learning among my team members and provide opportunities for their professional growth and development.

I believe that by valuing people, fostering innovation, and maintaining a deep understanding of the business landscape can help organization to achieve sustainable growth.
