My personal opinion on the content

Office design should not be a program where you can only choose one of the two. Between open-plan office space and private office design, I think having cubicles is a good compromise. Cubicles offer employees a balance between privacy and the ability to collaborate and customize their workspace. They provide the desired level of privacy and help reduce noise, while also allowing for flexibility in terms of layout and arrangement.
