My personal vision, mission and SMART goals

I have a few years working experiences in international brand companies. I really enjoyed the working environment and the company culture that they have, so I would like to continue developing my career in these kind of firms.


My personal career vision from now to the following 10 years:

To be a leader of a HR team in a global brand company.

 

My personal mission statement:

Growing as a leader to be trustworthy and impactful. Creating an open-minded working environment for employees. Leading a team where everyone is playing to their strengths. Promoting company culture that makes it one of the most attractive employers in the market.


My personal S.M.A.R.T goals:

Short term (1-2 years): Finishing my business management program, further study human resource knowledge by taking the human resource management program. Keep developing English and communication skills.

Medium term (3-5 years): Working at HR department to get comprehensive hands-on working experience, including talent acquisition and recruitment, performance management, training and development, HR strategic planning and so on. Building up solid foundation in HR area and learning how to leading and managing a team from managers.

Long-term (5-10 years): Being a leader in HR department in an international brand company, utilizing skills and experience learned from the job to create a team that effectively drives company culture and motivates employees' engagement.
