Office design and productivity is a topic that I'm interested in the field of organizational behavior. The research of five article gave me some brand new insights about office design and the significance of office space, as well as providing me a clear and logical understanding on relationship on how office design affects productivity. The five articles all revolve around the topic of office design and its impact on employee productivity, well-being, and overall performance. Despite covering similar themes, each article presents unique perspectives and specific recommendations to optimize workplace environments. All five articles emphasize the importance of creating a workspace that prioritizes employee well-being. Factors such as air quality, lighting, natural elements, and ergonomic furniture are consistently highlighted as essential components for a healthy and productive workplace. These articles agree that office layout plays a significant role in employee productivity. Whet
